• Wearing the specified outfit is a must to enter the snow area.
• People can avail of entry individually or as a combo.
• Please cover the shoe to avoid snow going inside.
• For your safety and comfort, you are advised not to enter inside the snow chamber in case ~ any of the following health problems:
• ~~ Pregnancy
• ~~ Suffering from any medical problems related to heart, cold or allergy
• ~~ Feeling sick & Fever
• Suffering from any condition that could be aggravated by this experience. In any case, persons having health problems may enter the snow area at their own risk on the advice of their doctors.
• Beware of the slippery surfaces inside the snow area.
• Do not run and/ or play with hard snow for safety purposes.
• Beware that the temperature inside the snow area is below zero degrees.
• Children below 2 years are not advised for admission to snow city in view of extreme temperatures.
• Jackets, gloves and snow boots will be provided free of cost, on a returnable basis.
• Socks are mandatory. Carry along or purchase from a counter available inside Snow City Bangalore reception.
• We suggest guests wear socks and go inside the snow zone.
• All apparel/boot sizes are subject to availability.
• The admission fee includes the usage of snow tubes/rafts.
• Management is not responsible for any damages, loss/theft of belongings of the guests.
• Cameras/mobiles are not allowed inside snow City, however, the camera is allowed on payment of specified charges.
• Guests are tending to lose their valuables while playing in the snow area. Please take the necessary care.
• Management is now responsible for such loss.
• Children below 76 cm (2.5 feet) of height are entitled to free entry to snow city at their own risk.
• Limited safety deposit locker lockers are available for guests to keep their belongings on payment of non-refundable rental charges.
• Snow City Management is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage or accident occurring inside the premises of snow city. Kindly follow the instructions carefully.
• Tickets, once purchased, cannot be canceled or refunded.
• Snow City entry ticket covers only charges of snow area cost, but not other attractions outside (1st and 2nd Floors) Separate tickets are sold for games on I and II Floors.
• Every guest is required to cover till ankle in reason with the extreme temperature.
• The cost of Camera usage will be Rs 50/-.
• If you need a locker, the cost is Rs 50/-.
• Rights of Admission are reserved by the Management of Snow City Bangalore.
